kā kṛṣṇasya praṇaya-jani-bhūḥ śrīmatī rādhikāikā
kāsya preyasy anupama-guṇā rādhikāika na cānyā |
jaihmyaṁ keśe dṛśi taralatā niṣṭhuratvaṁ kuce'syā
vāñchā-pūrtyai prabhavati sadāmuṣya rādhaiva nānyā ||

What is the ground from which love for Krishna arises?
Only Srimati Radha!
Who is his beloved with incomparable attributes?
Radha alone and no other.
She has kinkiness in her hair; unsteadiness in her eyes, and firmness in her breasts:
she alone is the one who can fulfill his desires always
Radha and no one else.

This is a hard verse to translate on account of the third line where the apparently bad qualities--jaihmyam (crookedness, deceit, falsehood) is applied to her hair, taralatā (unsteadiness) is applied to her eyes; and niṣṭhuratvaṁ (harshness, cruely) to her breasts. The point is explained by the commentator: asyāḥ keśe jaihmyaṁ kauṭilyaṁ hṛdi na iti | anyāsāṁ hṛdi kauṭilyaṁ keśe na iti tasya vyapohanasya praśnaṁ vinā vyaṅgatvena parisaṅkhyā tṛtīyā | evaṁ dṛśi taralatā kuce niṣṭhuratvaṁ jñeyam
"The crookedness is in her hair and not her heart, unlike in others where the opposite is true. This is a kind of alankara known as parisaṅkhyā in which the question is only implied (unlike in the first two lines of the verse in which there is a question and answer. This verse is said to exemplify the three kinds of parisaṅkhyā, "special mention or exclusive specification."). The same applies to the other two characteristics of fickleness and cruelty."
You can see the problems if you look at the BBT translation. At any rate it is a great verse from Govinda-līlāmṛtam 11.122 quoted in CC Madhya 8.182.
